Hello dear Simmers!! Again a new expansion pack. Sims 3 Island Paradise is the tenth expansion pack. Here is some information on it.

The Sims 3: Island Paradise is the tenth expansion pack for The Sims 3 announced on a live broadcast for the series from Electronic Arts and to be released on June 25, 2013. According to the broadcast, it will allow sims to travel to islands using a boat, run a resort, and explore under the sea. The offical Creature for the expansion pack are merpeople.

"Dropping anchor this June is The Sims 3 Island Paradise, an expansion pack filled with adventure, exploration and a world of new discoveries set on the sunny shores and beneath the glistening water of a tropical paradise. For the first time ever, Sims can take the helm of fully customizable houseboats and set sail in search of uncharted islands, create, own and manage resorts or discover what lies beneath the ocean through the new skill-based scuba diving and snorkeling activities. New!: Sims 3 University Life

Sims University is a sub-neighborhood that functions similarly to the vacation worlds in World Adventures. Its mascot is a llama. In order to attend university, Sims must be aged to young adult. When a non-player mascot is near the Sims' lots, they can take an aptitude test. The results will depend on their skills, traits, work experience and school grades. The results also show the total aptitude score, along with the sub-scores for the majors and credit award. The amount of financial assistance (scholarship) provided to the Sim is also determined by the test. Enrolling in college can be done on phone or computer. The player can select the Sims' major, which affects the length of their stay at university. When a Sim gets in university, the Work interface is replaced with the Graduation tab. It keeps records of the Sims' schedule and responsibilities.

Mode: Life Simulating

University Life is college-themed,similar to The Sims 2: University.
